Approach
Therapy is most effective when the relationship feels safe and the work feels purposeful. Here is how we’ll move together.
A short call to hear what brings you in and decide if we’re a fit.
Two sessions to understand your history and shape what you want from therapy.
Consistent sessions using the modalities best suited to your goals.
Every 8–12 weeks we step back, reflect, and recalibrate.
“For the first time in years, I feel like I have a steady place to think. The work has been hard — and genuinely changed how I move through my life.”
Reflections shared with permission. Identifying details have been changed to protect privacy.
